Your Responsibilities

• Operation, setup, and supervision of various embroidery machines from different manufacturers in a modern embroidery lab
• Execution and optimization of embroidery processes for different end products and application areas
• Punching embroidery files, ideally with experience using the EPC punching software
• Conducting internal training sessions and workshops with customers
• Consulting and supporting our customers on-site as well as in the embroidery lab
• Occasional travel for customer projects and training sessions

Your Profile

• Solid knowledge of machine embroidery
• Experience with different embroidery machines from various manufacturers
• Practical experience in punching, preferably with EPC
• Willingness to travel
• Enjoyment of working with people and strong customer orientation
• Creativity and enthusiasm for new ideas, designs and improvements
• Interest in varied projects across different application areas
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Proficient with MS Office
