Texprocess 2026 brings together 200 exhibitors
From 21 to 24 April, companies from 28 countries will present current developments in textile processing. The event highlights how advanced systems can reshape production structures.
Texprocess 2026 offers a concentrated view of technologies used across the textile value chain. For decision-makers preparing investments or evaluating upgrades to existing lines, the fair provides direct access to solutions from established manufacturers and new entrants alike. A total of 200 exhibitors are confirmed. Recurring participants include bullmer, Brother Internationale Industriemaschinen, Eton Systems, Kai Corporation, Morgan Tecnica, Style3D | Assyst, Veit and Zünd. New exhibitors range from Amann & Söhne and Coats Group to Melco International, NedGraphics and Pathfinder Australia.
Where current developments converge
Automation, digital process control and AI-supported workflows shape many of the industry’s current projects. These areas gain relevance as production costs rise and skilled labour remains scarce. Sabine Scharrer describes the situation from Messe Frankfurt’s perspective: “Texprocess shows us the opportunities that new technologies offer to many companies. Investing in fast, connected and cost-efficient systems makes it possible to future-proof production. Given ongoing challenges with volatile customs policies, labour shortages and persistently high energy costs, high-performance machines and processes are a decisive competitive advantage.”
The mix of suppliers on site allows visitors to compare levels of automation, integration options and system performance. For many companies, practical compatibility with existing production environments is likely to be a key consideration.
Innovation and applied expertise
The Texprocess Innovation Award highlights developments that, according to the jury, contribute to improved quality, digital workflows or economic and environmental optimisation. Guided tours to the winning exhibitors offer a structured way of exploring selected solutions. The Texprocess Forum adds expert knowledge from industry and research, covering topics from sustainable processing to AI-driven production models.
Link to Techtextil
Held concurrently with Texprocess, Techtextil brings the materials side of the industry into close proximity with processing technologies. Together, both fairs will host more than 1,700 exhibitors. For many visitors, the placement of the Performance Apparel Textiles segment in Hall 9.0 of Techtextil simplifies the transition between advanced materials and suitable processing systems.
