Christian Botschek has been working in the Karl Mayer team since 2005 and now joins Axel Wintermeyer in the management. The mechanical engineer has contributed significantly to the company's success in various positions, consistently focusing on logistics and assembly.

International experience as foundation

For three years, he managed the overall assembly and logistics center at the headquarters in Obertshausen. As Chief of Technology, he subsequently played a key role in developing and expanding the Chinese site in Changzhou. In 2023, the company appointed him Deputy Managing Director of Karl Mayer China and simultaneously Managing Director of Karl Mayer Technische Textilien GmbH.

Clear goals for the future

In his new position, Botschek is responsible for assembly, production and prototype construction: "I want to help make processes more efficient, reduce waste, and sustainably strengthen our performance in production. Our ambition is to work economically successfully - with consistently high customer satisfaction," explains the new Managing Director of Karl Mayer Technische Textilien GmbH.
