New management team at Amann Group
The Amann Group Advisory Board has decided on a structural realignment of the management team and appointed Markus Nicolaus as the company’s new CEO, with effect from 1st June 2025. Under his leadership, the Amann Group’s Executive Board has been re-organised.
Amann Group’s Executive Board now consists of four members:
Markus Nicolaus (Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Management Board, new position)
Christine Bauer (Chief Commercial Officer, new position), joins the Executive Board
Ivo Herzog (Chief Sustainability & Innovation Officer), Member of the Management Board since 2022
Peter Morgalla (Chief Operating Officer), Member of the Management Board since 2013
As part of this realignment, Wolfgang Findeis (CFO) and Arved Westerkamp (CSO) have left the company with effect from 31 May 2025.
