Seidensticker: First Seidensticker Store in Dubai
The successful brand starts a pilot project in the United Arab Emirates
The Seidensticker Group of Companies is strengthening the presence of its brands on the international market and for the first time in its nearly 100- year old history is represented with a partner store in Dubai. The retail premises lies in the „Festival City Mall“, one of the top malls in Dubai. The store, which is run by a local cooperation partner with many years of experience in Dubai, presents the range of brands in the “look & feel” of Seidensticker as well as a selection of the premium brand Jacques Britt.
The traditional Seidensticker brand based in Bielefeld, Germany, has cultivated a successful business relationship for many years in the North African and Arabian countries. “The expansion in Dubai has been planned for quite some time now. It was important for us, that we found the right partner on location. We see a good potential for further sustainable expansion on the Arabian Gulf. The charisma and the positive image of the city of Dubai truly convinced us when making the decision for the location of this pilot project” says Gerd Oliver Seidensticker, Managing Partner of the Seidensticker Group. On the approx. 160 m² of the store the new Seidensticker-shop concept was introduced, a concept, which has already been presented in the mono-label store in Cologne, Germany.
