Successful acquisition of SoCom Scandinavia AB
The European software group Everfield has acquired the Swedish company SoCom Scandinavia AB. It is now a subsidiary of SoCom Informationssysteme GmbH from Krumbach, which was already acquired by Everfield at the beginning of 2023 and specialises in the distribution of SoCom´s ERP system “TIKOS” for the textile care industry in Scandinavia. Everfield solifies the market position of SoCom in the Nordic countries with this strategic move.

The bolt-on acquisition marks a milestone for Everfield, as emphasized by Acquisitions Manager Oscar Koberling. The integration of SoCom Scandinavia into the existing German SoCom holding company will strengthen sales and support in Scandinavia, driving growth in the region.
SoCom Scandinavia, founded by Anna Johansson in collaboration with the German parent company, successfully distributes the “TIKOS” laundry software in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland. Integration into the SoCom Informationssysteme GmbH will help enhance operational efficiency, while Johansson and her team continue to serve customers from their usual location. Anna Johansson says: “Our success in the past years shows that many laundries in Scandinavia share this assessment. In the future, we will work even more closely with our German colleagues to further expand our market share in the region.”
Everfield, as a strategically operating partner with extensive software experience, pursues a “Buy and Grow” strategy. The focus is not on short-term success through quick resale but on long-term cooperation and sustainable growth.
