The collaboration aims to make high-quality fabrics made with mechanically recycled cotton fiber setting a new standard of elevation for sustainable luxury. The first collection features different structures containing a range of 30-50% of Recover recycled cotton fiber blended with organic cotton fiber. By leveraging Recover’s state of the art recycling technology combined with Pyratex‘s expertise in spinning and knitting, the partnership aims to scale the use of recycled materials in high-end fashion without compromising on quality. Both companies have a dedication to providing full visibility into their supply chains and production processes, ensuring ethical sourcing and manufacturing practices. The low-impact fibers are then spun and knitted into premium high-end fabrics structures by Pyratex in Portugal. Consumers can trust that the new fabrics are made with the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility. Regina Polanco, CEO of Pyratex added "Recycled fibers have always represented an important role in our fabric range, but achieving high-quality structures using recycled cotton has been a challenge. Our partnership with Recover has expanded our ability to offer our clients luxurious structures from 100% traceable recycled cotton blends." Boris Mercier, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Recover, commented: "Our new partnership with Pyratex paves the way for a more sustainable future in fashion, where high-quality recycled materials are at the forefront. With our fiber immediately available through these fabrics, brands can easily access low-impact solutions without the constraints of traditional supply chains."

The new collection is a testament to the shared vision of Pyratex and Recover: to replace conventional fibers used by brands with responsible alternatives, maintaining their quality, and price standards while reducing their environmental impact.
